Confidence
Comfort and positive experiences in the sea come first. Young divers learn they can stay calm when something feels new.
FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
Freediving can give young people much more than depth. With age-appropriate coaching it becomes a way to build confidence in the water, body awareness, focus and respect for personal limits.

Comfort and positive experiences in the sea come first. Young divers learn they can stay calm when something feels new.
Breathing, relaxation and efficient movement teach them to listen to their own body.
A slow breathe-up and a quiet dive are a rare break from screens and noise.
Never diving alone, watching a buddy and recognizing limits are lessons for life, not only for freediving.
PROGRAMS BY AGE
Every program follows SSI age and depth limits. We recommend the right starting point after a short conversation about your child’s swimming background and comfort in the sea.
Full Freediver theory and skills in confined water, maximum 5 m.
The complete beginner certification. Ages 12–14 train to a maximum of 12 m.
First aid, CPR and oxygen basics — useful for teens who dive with family.

A TYPICAL SESSION
We talk about the plan, check how your child feels and set one simple goal for the day.
Relaxed breathing and stretching — never hyperventilation or breath-hold contests.
Finning, floating, mask clearing and moving calmly in shallow water.
Duck dives and easy equalization practice along the line, within the age limit.
Watching a partner, simple signals and the basics of helping each other.
A short debrief with the young diver and the parent: what went well and what comes next.
OUR SAFETY APPROACH
FOR PARENTS
Parents are welcome to watch, ask questions and stay involved. Many families also train together: you can join your child’s session or book a parallel course for yourself, and we will plan the days so they fit your holiday.
