Learn proper breathing techniques, familiarize yourself with diaphragm breathing and take a deep breath like you never have before. Online Training
You will begin your scuba diving journey by completing the SSI Freediver online training program. This program includes interactive multimedia lessons, quizzes, and exams, which cover the basic principles of Freediving, such as dive equipment, dive planning, and underwater communication.
Classroom Sessions

Pool Training

Advanced Level Courses
The SSI Advanced Freediver course is designed for certified SSI Freedivers who want to advance their skills and knowledge in freediving. The requirement to participate to this program is to be at least a SSI level 2 or AIDA 3* freediver and have your own equipment (including lanyard). This is a training program and not a course, so there will be no teaching materials, no certifications, usually formal program its 4 weeks,
